International Exempt Trust

A Nevis International Exempt Trust is an irrevocable trust established generally in perpetuity of 100 years. Nevis Courts have jurisdiction for all matters relating to a Nevis International Exempt Trust and any transfers of property into the trust may not be voided or invalidated due to any foreign rule of forced heirship. A Nevis International Exempt Trust will also remain in full effect even if the trust concept is not recognized or admitted under the laws of a foreign jurisdiction.
